Troubleshooting our Customer Feedback Form

If you have made it to this post it is because our customer feedback form is not functioning properly and for that we apologize. We have found a glitch within this form that is currently being addressed by our developers.

We recommend that you try these options;

  1. Update your current browser, sometimes outdated browsers do not function as they should.
  2. Use your mobile device to complete the survey (currently supported on all browser types).
  3. Use a web browser besides windows internet explorer.

If you must use internet explorer you may be required to click above the check boxes. As illustrated below;
